Hi! I’m Julia and I’m a yoga teacher in Bounds Green, North London. 

I started practicing yoga regularly in 2014, initially for my chronic back, neck and wrist pain. Regular practice and working with physiotherapists and osteopaths helped me improve my posture and reduce pain. The benefits of yoga in both my body and mind exceeded my expectations and lead me to want to share my practice with others.

So I decided to take a career break from the City and completed a 200 hours Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.

I now practice a mix of Vinyasa and Ashtanga. I teach Vinyasa style yoga and adapt the sequence based on the requirements of my students.

I believe yoga practice is for everyone and I’m here to help you discover it. Give yourself time, keep trying and showing up, ask questions, don’t be afraid to fail and enjoy it!
